Since ancient times, there has been the wish for sons to become dragons and daughters to become phoenixes. Every parent hopes their children live well and happily. Therefore, for our parents, for our children, and for ourselves, we must strive to achieve our goals. First, we must determine what we want. Once we have identified our goals, we must proceed step by step.

Now, no matter which department you are in: production, sales, R&D, finance, logistics, or procurement, you cannot be separated from one“Diligence”character. Sales need to frequently visit clients, quote prices, follow up, and promptly follow up on client needs. R&D needs to frequently think, research, and practice, constantly developing more stable products. Finance controls whether funds have arrived, ensuring the flow of funds, safeguarding procurement. Procurement needs to frequently inquire about prices, compare them, and communicate to obtain the lowest price and reduce procurement costs. Ensuring that raw materials arrive at the factory on time to avoid delaying production. Logistics and loading and unloading need to frequently communicate with sales to ensure timely delivery to customers, diligently coordinating to provide support to prevent delays in delivery and losses for customers. Logistics must ensure vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as the recharging of fuel cards, providing support for various departments. Production goes without saying; during this time, the production tasks are heavy, the staff is short, and coupled with the recent viral influenza, many people in the factory are working during the day and receiving IV drips after work, persisting with their work while sick. Manager Zhang of the sales department, together with the entire sales department, has been working day and night to achieve this year's target plan. As the leader of the sales department, they are making such great efforts, so what reason do we have not to work hard? This is the spirit and responsibility of our Cafule people. This spirit and responsibility are admirable and touching. Factory News: On May 11th, General Cui chaired a management meeting on environmental protection in the factory meeting room. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country has attached great importance to ecological civilization construction and ecological environmental protection, and incorporated it into the overall and strategic layout of "five in one" and "four comprehensives." Recently, relevant departments at all levels of the province, city, and district have introduced effective measures in energy conservation and emission reduction, ecological restoration and governance, and environmental risk prevention and control. As the governance work is carried out in depth, problems are gradually discovered and valued. It is against this backdrop that the company leaders, in response to the changing circumstances, actively coordinated and cooperated with the directly managed departments, and conducted a comprehensive investigation of the relevant facilities in the factory, and filled in the gaps in supporting materials. Strictly controlling environmental pollution and resource waste is taken as the primary task and implemented effectively to achieve "passing the standard for each item". After the meeting, General Cui led the persons in charge of the relevant management departments to conduct a careful inspection of the factory area, and put forward guiding opinions on matters to pay attention to in workshop production, equipment maintenance and repair, warehouse ventilation and odor removal, etc. The relevant matters that need to be improved within a time limit also have a schedule listed on the spot, striving to eliminate emerging problems in the bud.
