First and foremost, they need perseverance and diligence. Accounting work can sometimes be easy, but at the end of the month or year, the workload can be substantial. We must work diligently, regardless of the season.
Secondly, a spirit of diligence and learning is essential. Times are changing, and accounting is evolving. Current accounting systems are constantly changing, aligning with international standards and global trends, so we must be diligent in our studies.
Thirdly, integrity and dedication are crucial.,This does not mean we shouldn't seek compensation or personal gain, but rather that we cannot exploit our work for personal benefit or engage in embezzlement.
Finally, practicality and professionalism are vital. We must be faithful to our profession; accounts cannot be messy, and neither can the people who keep them.

Factory News: On May 11th, General Cui chaired a management meeting on environmental protection in the factory meeting room. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country has attached great importance to ecological civilization construction and ecological environmental protection, and incorporated it into the overall and strategic layout of "five in one" and "four comprehensives." Recently, relevant departments at all levels of the province, city, and district have introduced effective measures in energy conservation and emission reduction, ecological restoration and governance, and environmental risk prevention and control. As the governance work is carried out in depth, problems are gradually discovered and valued. It is against this backdrop that the company leaders, in response to the changing circumstances, actively coordinated and cooperated with the directly managed departments, and conducted a comprehensive investigation of the relevant facilities in the factory, and filled in the gaps in supporting materials.
