During the drill, employees earnestly performed their assigned roles and tasks, from reporting simulated accidents and hazards to the sharp comments from the chief commander, Factory Director Gao. The entire drill was seamless and efficient. Although there is still a considerable gap from a formal and rigorous fire drill, the serious and dedicated attitude of all participants will undoubtedly lay the foundation for future formalization and development. Most importantly, it keeps the "safety production" awareness tight, ensuring that the alarm can be sounded, the response is swift, operations are proficient, and the drill can be successfully completed.
Director Nie from the safety and environmental protection department participated in the planning of the entire drill and provided guidance on several key issues. Through this drill, all participants, especially new employees, gained a new understanding of fire safety and deepened their understanding of the principle that "prevention is better than cure, and responsibility is paramount." This will serve as a warning and guidance for future safety production.

Factory News: On May 11th, General Cui chaired a management meeting on environmental protection in the factory meeting room. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country has attached great importance to ecological civilization construction and ecological environmental protection, and incorporated it into the overall and strategic layout of "five in one" and "four comprehensives." Recently, relevant departments at all levels of the province, city, and district have introduced effective measures in energy conservation and emission reduction, ecological restoration and governance, and environmental risk prevention and control. As the governance work is carried out in depth, problems are gradually discovered and valued. It is against this backdrop that the company leaders, in response to the changing circumstances, actively coordinated and cooperated with the directly managed departments, and conducted a comprehensive investigation of the relevant facilities in the factory, and filled in the gaps in supporting materials.
