1.1 New employees joining the company

[First Step: Report to the Personnel Administration Department]

Upon receiving the notice of entry, report to the Personnel Administration Department according to the agreed time and complete the following work in accordance with the entry process:

1) Submit personal information

a) original and photocopy of the ID card;

b) Original and photocopy of academic certificate, degree certificate, professional title certificate and other professional technical qualification certificates;

c) the original original resignation certificate;

d) Qilu bank card account;

e) 2 sheets of one-inch paper color photographs;

f) a medical report in the past 3 months;

2) Fill in the Employee Registration Form

[Step 2: Report to your department]

1) Introduce new employees to the department manager by the Personnel Administration Department:

2) The department manager introduces the new employee to the department staff;

3) The department manager assigns a senior employee to the new employee as his counselor;

4) The department manager arranges the work content for the new employee;
