Job Responsibilities:
1. According to company arrangements, engage in the synthesis, formulation design, and performance testing of (acrylate, polyurethane, polyester) in the R&D department.
2. Maintain detailed experimental records and assist relevant personnel in necessary product R&D or technical improvements.
3. Compile relevant product technical documentation and assist the production department in optimizing production processes.
Job Requirements:
1. Gender and age are unrestricted;
2. Professionals in polymer chemistry, polymer materials, organic chemistry, etc., with a master's degree or above;
3. Preference given to those with experience in polymer synthesis and the resin industry, a strong understanding of polymerization mechanisms (especially free radical polymerization mechanisms), or a passion for organic chemical synthesis;
4. Honest, meticulous, attentive, and possess strong observation skills;
5. Able to learn from failures and think comprehensively;
6. Passionate about learning and proficient in using CNKI, VIP, and SuperStar libraries for literature searches.
