Interview Process
1. Application:
Submit resumes to the Human Resources department through job websites or on-site recruitment events. The Human Resources department head will contact you with the results of the review and whether or not you will have an interview.
2. Interview:
Interviews are conducted in person or via video. Please arrive on time for the interview, as scheduled by the Human Resources department. Dress neatly, and bring two copies of your resume for the interviewers to review.
3. Interview Results:
Following the interview, relevant department leaders will discuss and decide on whether to hire. The Human Resources department will notify candidates of the hiring decision, selecting the best candidates.
